WiTeds provides professional web development and digital solutions, including:

  • E-commerce setup via WooCommerce
  • SEO optimization and reporting
  • Website maintenance and care plans
  • Domain and hosting setup
  • Custom support and consulting services

All services are detailed on our website or within individual service agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information needed to complete the project
  • Respond to communications and approvals in a reasonable timeframe
  • Make payments as per the agreed project schedule
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content (e.g., images, logos, text) you supply

Failure to provide requested materials or approvals may delay delivery.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.
  • A deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion or handover.
  • Monthly care plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 14 days’ notice.
  • Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced or been delivered, except in cases of unresolvable issues or failure to meet agreed-upon deliverables.

4. Revisions and Delivery

  • Each project includes a limited number of revisions, as defined in the agreement.
  • Additional revisions or major scope changes may incur additional charges.
  • Delivery timelines depend on project size, client responsiveness, and agreed deadlines.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of any content you provide.
  • Upon full payment, you will own the final website files and materials developed for you.
  • WiTeds reserves the right to display finished work in our portfolio or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • WiTeds will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, business, or profits due to technical issues, third-party tools, or downtime.
  • Issues caused by client-side changes, third-party plugins, hosting providers, or unsupported updates.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WiTeds against any claims arising from the use of our services.

7. Website Maintenance & Support

  • Ongoing support is provided only under an active care plan.
  • Ad hoc support outside of care plans may be quoted separately.
  • We are not responsible for any issues that arise from unsupported plugins, outdated WordPress versions, or external changes unless covered under a plan.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, plugins, analytics tools).

WiTeds is not liable for the functionality, security, or changes of third-party services.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any third-party services used.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
    • Terms are breached
    • Invoices are unpaid after repeated notices
    • Communications are unreasonably delayed
  • Either party may terminate a service agreement with reasonable notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising will be handled in accordance with applicable local laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
