Artha Support Solution WA is a registered NDIS provider offering support coordination, daily living, community participation, capacity building and other supports. Participants, families and carers need to understand what is offered and how to get started, often while finding their way through an unfamiliar system.

Establish an online presence from nothing, and set up the business systems behind it at the same time, so the website, the email on the company domain and the staff devices were all in place together rather than bolted on later.

WiTEDS delivered a website with individual pages for each support service, from specialist support coordination to early childhood supports, a blog of NDIS guidance articles, appointment and contact forms, and email updates, with a clear invitation to get in touch on every page. Alongside the site, WiTEDS set up the initial brand and its colours, produced business cards and print material, configured Microsoft 365 and business email, and set up device management for the team.
