- Automation & CRM Setup configures and connects existing platforms. This service is for when no existing product fits and something has to be built for you.
- Do I need a custom application?
- Often not. Configuring existing tools is cheaper and faster, and we will say so if that is the better answer. Custom work is worth it when the process is genuinely specific to your business.
- How do you handle AI that gets something wrong?
- Agents are scoped to tasks where a wrong answer is recoverable, and handover to a person is built in. We do not put an agent in a position where a mistake goes unchecked.
- Is this right for a business my size?
- It depends on the process rather than the size of the business. A small business with one costly manual process can be a better fit than a larger one without.
