Problem
Earth Sculptures in West Toodyay, WA, offers a private couples chalet among olive trees and pottery workshops. Its website was dated and had no way to book: every chalet stay and every workshop place had to be arranged by phone or email.
Strategy
Replace the old site rather than add booking to it, and build the booking around how the business actually sells — two quite different things, an overnight stay and a workshop place — then keep working on how the business is found once the site was live.
Implementation
WiTEDS built a new website with separate booking flows for chalet stays and pottery workshops, customer accounts and checkout, an FAQ and pages about the retreat and the region. WiTEDS also created a new logo and the print material around it, including business cards and flyers, wrote articles to build the site's search presence, and updated the Google Business Profile.

WordPress with Elementor, WooCommerce with WooCommerce Bookings for stays and workshops, and a cookie consent tool.
Business result
Guests book a chalet stay or a pottery workshop directly online instead of arranging it by phone, and the business has a current brand, a growing set of articles and an up-to-date Google Business Profile working towards being found by people planning a trip to Toodyay.
