Next Car Detail: from a website fix to a growing business

Ace came to WiTEDS to fix problems on his existing car detailing website. Looking at it properly, the problems were not the real issue: the site worked, but its whole look and structure were dated, and patching it would have left the business with the same site a year later.

Advise on the business first and the technology second. WiTEDS recommended starting again with a new site and a new brand rather than repairing the old one, then treating everything after launch as ongoing work rather than a finished job, adding each capability at the point the business actually needed it.

WiTEDS designed and built a new website and created the brand around it, including business cards, flyers, printed material and staff shirts. Search work started with the on-page foundations and moved to an ongoing monthly plan. Online booking came next. As enquiry volume grew, WiTEDS moved the business onto GoHighLevel and set it up in full, customising the booking system and the mobile app around how the business runs. Most recently WiTEDS built a custom mobile app for tracking work in progress. The website is maintained every month, year round.

Ace started out working on his own. He has since taken on staff and opened a fixed location while continuing to run the mobile side of the business. The website, the brand, the booking system, the CRM and the app were each added as the business reached the point of needing them, and the search work was redirected from a mobile-only focus to cover both the mobile service and the workshop when the new location opened.
